• Two personalized prenatal visits (2 hours each) tailored to your unique needs

• Collaborative birth plan building

• Unlimited email and phone support starting at contract signing and continuing through pregnancy

• Access to a private client portal with educational handouts, birth prep videos, and book recommendations

• Birth, Pregnancy & Postpartum Workbook

• 24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks gestation

• Continuous in-person labor support from active labor until up to one hour after birth

• Immediate postpartum and breastfeeding support, including assistance with baby’s first latch

• One in-person postnatal follow-up visit (60 minutes) within the first week after birth

• Optional use of a TENS unit for natural pain relief (based on availability)
