meet your doula!

Fabiola is a bilingual full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and midwifery student. Originally from Spain, she moved to the U.S. in her teen years to pursue higher education, and although her path took many turns, it was through working with a women’s group and supporting her goddaughter’s birth, that she was called to birth work. It was within that circle of women that she discovered the power of community, the importance of leaning on others, and the truth that we are not meant to walk these transformative journeys alone.

Rooted in cultural humility, Fabiola approaches birth and reproductive care with deep respect, empathy, and a commitment to honoring each family’s unique story. Her practice centers around emotional support, ceremony, and tradition, offering care that uplifts the sacredness of pregnancy, birth, loss, and postpartum.

She believes birth, and even the process of loss, are profound opportunities for transformation and self-discovery. Drawing on ancestral knowledge and tools such as breathwork, body awareness, movement, and intuition, she helps clients connect to their inner power during even the most challenging physical and emotional experiences.

Fabiola has supported a wide range of families: from first-time parents to those welcoming siblings, navigating VBACs, cesarean births, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum healing journeys. She is experienced in hospital, home, and birth center settings, and holds space for each client with compassion, presence, and purpose.
