The word doula comes from the ancient Greek word meaning “woman caregiver.” Today, a doula refers to a trained and experienced birth professional who provides continuous, one-on-one care, as well as information, physical support, and emotional support to the birthing person and their partner before, during and after childbirth.

Childbirth education can make a world of difference for expectant parents. Imagine walking into labor with confidence rather than fear—this is what education offers. By learning about the stages of labor, pain management options, and how to support your partner, you can approach the big day with a clearer understanding and a more relaxed mindset. These classes also prepare you for the early days with your newborn, so you're ready to tackle challenges and embrace the joys of parenthood. Placenta Encapsulation

Placentophagy goes back centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. The placenta is a temporary organ the body creates during pregnancy to deliver nutrients and oxygen to the baby. It is full of vitamins and minerals such as B6, B12, iron and rich in progesterone and estrogen hormones. The possible benefits of placenta encapsulation can include decrease in postpartum mood disorders, increased production of oxytocin which helps your uterus shrink back to its pre-pregnancy size, decrease in stress hormones, restoration of iron levels following bleeding after birth and increase in milk supply. Add a tincture, salve or art.

    Closing of the Bones

The “Closing of the Bones” ceremony is a traditional postpartum healing ritual with roots primarily in Central and South America, especially Ecuador and Mexico, though similar practices exist in various cultures around the world. It is both an energetic and physical practice, focusing on helping new mothers reintegrate with their body, spirit and emotions after childbirth.

    Pelvic Steaming with Fertility Massage

Pelvic steaming, also known as vaginal steaming or yoni steaming, combined with fertility massage offers a deeply nourishing approach to reproductive health. This gentle yet powerful pairing supports circulation to the womb and pelvic area, helping to balance hormones, release stagnation, and prepare the body for conception.

Beyond the physical benefits, this ritual provides a grounding, sacred space to reconnect with your body and inner wisdom.
